Vanilla cream hearts with fresh berries

250g cream cheese
100g caster sugar
250ml thick cream
125g plain thick yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 punnets mixed berries


  1. Place the cream cheese and sugar into the bowl of an electric mixer and whisk until smooth
  2. Add the cream, yoghurt and vanilla and whisk until combined
  3. Line traditional ceramic heart shaped moulds (or you can use ramekins or pudding moulds) with muslin and spoon the mix into each
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
  5. To serve, carefully turn out each mould onto a plate and pile the berries next to them
