Sweet ricotta with chocolate, hazelnuts and mandarins

Ingredients

400g low fat ricotta
75g icing sugar
75g dark chocolate chips, chopped
30g roasted hazelnuts, chopped
30ml Frangelico (optional)
Mandarins

Method

  1. This is one the kids can do on their own
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the ricotta and icing sugar
  3. Fold through the chocolate, hazelnuts and Frangelico, if using
  4. Peel and remove the white pith from the mandarin segments
  5. Spoon the ricotta into serving dishes and top with the mandarin segments
